01Who is responsible for your data

Philip Properties is the trading name of Marbellagio, based in Marbella, Spain. Marbellagio is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at any time via info@philipproperties.com.

02What we collect

Enquiry forms: when you contact Philip — about a property, a valuation, a partnership or an introduction to his network — we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, country and the content of your message.

Stored preferences: your favourite properties and your cookie choice are stored locally in your own browser (localStorage). This information never leaves your device and we cannot see it.

We do not run advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build marketing profiles.

03How we use it

We use your enquiry details only to answer you and to provide the service you asked for — arranging a viewing, preparing a valuation, making an introduction or discussing a collaboration.

We never sell your data. We share it only when needed for your request — for example with a lawyer, bank or partner agency you have asked to be introduced to — and only with your knowledge.

04Legal basis and retention

We process your data on the basis of your request (steps prior to a contract) and our legitimate interest in running a personal advisory business. Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

05Third-party services

This website embeds Google Maps on property pages and links to Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. When you use these features, the respective provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

The network advisor on the About page sends the situation you describe to an AI model to suggest relevant contacts. Do not include sensitive personal details in that text; the description is used only to generate your suggestion.

06Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@philipproperties.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
